Can I upload email template or design it?

Yes, you can upload an email template but you cannot design it in the Netcore Email API panel. Also, the email template added can only be used with API call , it cannot be used via the SMTP injection method.

Time to sync templates

Once a template is added it takes 60 mins to sync across all our servers. Hence, after uploading the template wait for 60 mins before making API call.
