What is the difference between “From” and “Sender”?

The "From" in the email represents your identity like your company name or a company title whereas the "Sender" in the email represents your identity email address.

For example: If you receive an order confirmation email from Amazon then once you open the email it looks something like "Amazon.in [email protected] "

Here Amazon.in is the company name or the company identity or "From" who is sending the email to the recipient whereas "[email protected]" is the "Sender" or the identity email address.
