How can I change my username or email address of the Netcore Email API Account?

By default, Netcore Email API does not allows changing the username post creation of the account.

In case if you forgot your username,

• Click on “Forgot your Username?” option under the Username field on the login page.
• Enter your registered email address and click on “RECOVER USERNAME”
• If your email address matches to our database, We will send a notification on the registered email id with further details.

In case if you wish to change your contact email address,

• Login to your Netcore Email API account
• Go to Account Settings option under the Settings tab.
• There you can edit the email address under Personal Info section.
• Hit submit once the changes are done.
